I wanted my first post to be a little introduction. I'm Kata and I'm 17 years old. I am from Hungary. 8 years ago I lived in Portugal with my family for a year and we fell in love with it. We felt like this is a place where living one year is not enough. So long story short, we decided to repeat this wonderful year.
But in recent years not only Portugal has become an important part of my life, but spending time and using my creativity in the kitchen, too. Cooking and baking became my hobbies. As I'm back in Portugal for another year to combine the two passions I decided to start a blog where I can share my enthusiasm for baking and cooking and also give a little insight into the Portuguese way of life. That is why I created Breakfast At Kata's.
I hope my blog brings joy to my readers :) I plan to make easy and fun recipes for you guys and also sometimes just upload some photos of what I bake or cook on an everyday basis. Also I would like to share with you my life in Portugal.
